• You must be 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to register and transact on ChitraKalaKunja.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during account creation and checkout.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

ChitraKalaKunja is a marketplace platform that enables verified artists and sellers to list and sell original artwork and handcrafted products. While the Platform facilitates the transaction, the contract of sale is between the Buyer and the Artist/Seller.

ChitraKalaKunja verifies artists and reviews artwork samples to help ensure authenticity, but does not manufacture the products listed and is not otherwise responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed products, except as required under applicable law.

• You agree to review product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and artist/seller details carefully before placing an order.
• Once an order is placed, it shall be considered an offer to purchase, subject to acceptance by the Artist/Seller.
• ChitraKalaKunja reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
• Since many products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish are natural and are not considered defects.

• You agree to make payments only through the approved payment methods available on the Platform (cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, UPI).
• All payments are subject to verification and authorization.
• ChitraKalaKunja may suspend or cancel transactions in case of suspicious or unauthorized activity.
• Your payment information is processed through secure, encrypted channels and is never stored on our servers.

• Shipping timelines, delivery estimates, and availability are provided by Artists/Sellers and may vary by order.
• You agree that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss or damage to products shall pass to you upon delivery, unless otherwise specified.
• If a package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening, record an unboxing video, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You agree to comply with ChitraKalaKunja's Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which applies platform-wide to all orders. In summary:

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipping, whichever is earlier.
• Returns are accepted only for damaged, wrong, or defective items, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Misuse of return or cancellation policies, including excessive or fraudulent returns, may result in restrictions or suspension of your account. Please refer to our full Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details.

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent activities of any kind.
• Abuse promotional offers or discounts.
• Manipulate reviews or ratings.
• Contact artists/sellers directly to resolve disputes — all disputes must be raised with ChitraKalaKunja support.
• Violate any applicable laws or Platform policies.

ChitraKalaKunja reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access, in case of such violations.

All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of ChitraKalaKunja, its artists, or its licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

ChitraKalaKunja may collect, use, and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such data practices.

ChitraKalaKunja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChitraKalaKunja from any claims arising out of misuse of services or breach of these Terms.

ChitraKalaKunja reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
