• ChitraKalaKunja reserves the right to verify your details, request additional documentation, and complete an artist verification process before your profile goes live
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account and must report any unauthorized use immediately

• All artwork and products listed must be genuine, your own original work (or work you are authorized to sell), and compliant with applicable laws
• Descriptions, pricing, dimensions, and images must be accurate and not misleading
• ChitraKalaKunja follows a zero-tolerance policy toward counterfeit goods, plagiarism, intellectual property infringement, and deceptive listings
• ChitraKalaKunja may review, approve, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these standards

• You are responsible for timely confirmation, careful packaging, and prompt dispatch of orders
• You must honor the pricing, timelines, and availability shown on your listings
• You agree to comply with ChitraKalaKunja's Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the 12-hour cancellation window and defined return conditions
• ChitraKalaKunja may monitor performance metrics such as fulfillment rate, cancellation rate, return rate, and customer feedback; consistent underperformance may lead to reduced visibility, penalties, temporary suspension, or account termination

• Creating a seller profile and listing artwork is free; a commission fee applies on successful transactions, as communicated during registration and shown in your dashboard
• Payments are made to your registered bank account after deducting applicable commissions, fees, taxes, refunds, or chargebacks
• Payment typically arrives within 15 business days of a confirmed sale
• ChitraKalaKunja reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments where a dispute, suspected fraud, or policy violation is under review

You are solely responsible for determining and paying all applicable taxes on your sales, and for maintaining proper invoices and records. You agree to provide these records to ChitraKalaKunja upon request for audit or verification purposes.

By listing your work, you grant ChitraKalaKunja a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your product images, descriptions, and brand assets for the purpose of operating and marketing the Platform. You confirm that you own or hold the necessary rights to grant this license, and that your content does not infringe any third party's rights.

You may use buyer information only to fulfill orders placed through the Platform. You must not store, share, or use such data for unrelated marketing or any other unauthorized purpose.

All disputes with a buyer must be raised with ChitraKalaKunja support and not resolved through direct contact with the buyer. ChitraKalaKunja will mediate and work toward a fair resolution for both parties.

ChitraKalaKunja may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at its discretion in the event of policy violations, legal non-compliance, operational risk, or reputational concerns. You may also close your account at any time through Account Settings, subject to resolution of any pending orders or obligations. Termination does not relieve you of liability for obligations, penalties, or claims that arose prior to termination.

You agree to indemnify and hold ChitraKalaKunja harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, the sale of your products, or violation of any law or third-party right. ChitraKalaKunja shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

ChitraKalaKunja may update these Terms, its commission structure, or service policies from time to time, with reasonable notice where possible. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
